I was having a delightful dinner with fellow ink-slingers Steve Leialoha, Craig Thompson and Mike Allred when an alert hit my phone that the U.S. had gone ahead and bombed Iran.
Definitely brought the night down. But it was still nice to reconnect with a whole lotta cartoonists at Heroes Con in Charlotte. Danielle Corsetto. Dustin Harbin. Marshall Lakes. Scott Shaw. Tom Neely. Andy Runton. So many wonderful cartoonists. So little time.
Sara ( and Mr. Keef) are correct. The court jester is the earliest comedy combats kings I'm aware of, but I'd wager that Oog and Ohg had their moments also.
